At American Sweets, we want you to enjoy your favorite treats from across the pond; however, due to the perishable nature of food products, we can only accept returns on non-perishable items or damaged goods within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Our team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure the items meet our safety and hygiene standards for return.

  Secure Packaging

  Once approved, safely pack the items in their original, unopened packaging to prevent any damage during the transit back to our warehouse.

  Receive Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
